AfterWorks is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged. Your proposal shows the total payable.
What your rebuild price covers
Your proposal itemises the agreed pages, responsive design, existing content migration and any editing or restructuring, technical setup, pre-launch checks and launch. The first year’s hosting is included. Extra pages, integrations and work outside that scope are quoted separately.
Your website belongs to you
Once you’ve paid the agreed purchase price, the website belongs to you. You can continue hosting with us or move it elsewhere. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Changes, clearly quoted
Content updates, design alterations and new features are priced separately. We explain the cost before carrying out additional work. Hosting does not automatically include domain renewal, email hosting or marketing.
Before you proceed
Minimal pre-launch corrections are included. We confirm the corrections with you before launch; additional work is quoted separately. We launch after your final approval. Payment of the agreed website price is due once the site goes live. Ownership transfers after full payment. Hosting renews annually. We notify you of the renewal charge before it is due; website edits and development are quoted separately.
