Your website purchase includes the first 12 months of hosting. Your proposal sets out the ongoing hosting cost, with renewal charges communicated before they are due.

What hosting covers
Hosting keeps your existing website available online with HTTPS. We may carry out maintenance and security updates needed to operate the hosting service.
Support and additional work
Contact hello@afterworks.space with a hosting problem. Website edits, new pages, new features and development are quoted separately. Hosting does not include a guaranteed response time or uninterrupted availability.
Backups and recovery
Keep copies of your website files and business content. A dedicated backup schedule or recovery service is included only when specified in your proposal.
Your domain and email remain yours
You retain your domain and registrar account. Domain renewal and email hosting are separate costs. We review DNS and email arrangements with you before launch.
Annual renewal
Your proposal states the renewal cost. We notify you of the charge before it is due. Any price change applies to a future renewal. Let us know before renewal if you want to leave.
Moving elsewhere
After payment, you own the finished website under the agreed terms. You can request the transferable files to move to another suitable host; third-party services and assets retain their own terms. Request your files before hosting ends, as retained files may be deleted after 90 days.
